I have only heard of about half of these songs. I need to hit up Youtube to check the rest out today so I can add some to my playlist.
I tend to like different genres for different workouts. For cardio/running I like pop or dance, for lifting in the gym I like rap/metal. Lifting I like: Eminem, rob bailey, disturbed, seether, skillet.
I haven’t heard most of them but I am going to explore these. Heading to the gym in the next hour and I am excited to check out some of these songs
Your list is waaaaay different than mine! I am really into 70s rock and that gets my heart pumping! Takin’ Care of Business is one of my faves.
I haven’t heard of hardly any of these songs haha. I wonder if that makes me old? I’ll have to youtube a few and give them a go! Always on the hunt for new workout music for sure.
I love sail! It is definitely a workout song for me!! So many good choices here. My current workout song is To Be Human (feat. Labrinth by Sia. Totally from wonder woman and who doesn’t want to be channelling their inner wonder women when working out.
I love Chasing Sidewalks! It always inspires me to go running.
Depending on what I’m doing for the day depends on my playlist. Jogging, I tend to like rap from the 90’s. Anything else I am digging the Trolls soundtrack right now.
This is a great list! I love Timber, only because it brings me back to the pre-baby days and pushes me to strive for that pre-baby body hahahaha 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
I love the variations of songs! It’s nice seeing what people have on their workout playlist. I sometimes add more songs to mine if I like it. These are very motivating.
I don’t tend to listen to a lot of music when I workout, but I find things with a good fast beat work well like Eminem x
Haha, No favorite song yet, Gotta get in fitness mode before I can make a song 😉
We are young is one of my all time fave workout songs. I try and workout at least 2-3x a week.
I like the songs Sail and Timber. I like something with a good beat and face pace that keeps me motivated.
You have a great list to keep you motivated. I need to find that right song to get me motivated. Thanks for sharing 🙂
I tend to workout watching TV or using a DVD or online program so I don’t have a workout list. I used to carefully craft one when I was a member of the gym. One of my favorites was Girl Talk. I love his albums because they were already a mix tape style of music. Since it was created by a DJ everything flowed perfectly and kept me motivated.
This looks like a great playlist. I don’t really have a favorite workout song. I kind of just play whatever when I work out.
What a list. Next time I head downstairs to my treadmill I’ll have to get these songs and create a playlist.
Loveeee this list! I see alot of songs that I love on here! My favorite one currently is “cool girl” by tove lo!!
“
I have to be honest and admit that I only know a handful of these songs, but I can definitely see why they get you in the mood for a workout. They’re fab!!
Louise x
I am so out of the loop when it comes to contemporary music. We tend to listen to the songs of our people (i.e., old fogey Classic Rock 😉 )
That looks like a great playlist. I may have to snag a few of these for my own workout playlist!
I love Happy by Pharell and Let’s Get Physical by Olivia Newton John.
These are some awesome suggestions! Loved the ideas!
